Together for Wellbeing (27 March)
If you are caring for a seriously ill child, join us and other parents of seriously ill children for a free session, as we discover ways to relax, de-stress and unwind.
This one-hour session will cover self care, breathing techniques, relaxation and coping strategies, which can help you to manage life, stress, anxiety and wellbeing in a calmer and more effective way.
This session will be delivered by Lynette Fryer, a Qualified Holistic Therapist and Wellbeing Specialist with over 20 years experience of working within Mental Health, Therapeutic Services, Wellbeing and Community Settings.
Please note: we are also running a daytime session on Friday 28 March.

Who can attend?
Anyone caring for a seriously ill child is welcome to attend.
