Band 5 Rotational Nurses
Ready to take your nursing career to the next level in a dynamic role that blends hospice and community care? Join us as a Band 5 Rotational Nurse and experience the variety, support, and growth you’ve been looking for!
We are currently recruiting two full-time Band 5 Rotational Nurses to join the Rainbows Clinical Team, working across both our Hospice at Home Team and Hospice Care Team on a permanent rotational basis. The role will be permanently shared between two nursing positions, with one starting in Hospice at Home and the other in the Care Team.
For 6 months you will provide clinical care to babies, children and young people with life threatening/terminal illnesses in their homes, offering short breaks and support to parents/carers. For the other 6 months you will work within the Hospice setting, delivering a high standard of nursing care to babies, children and young people, in a family led environment. This rotation will then be continuously repeated.
This unique permanent role offers a rare opportunity to build a broad and meaningful skill set in children’s palliative care—both in the home and hospice setting—while being supported by a multidisciplinary team that values your development.
