Care Administrator – Reporting
We are excited to recruit for a new role as a Care Administrator – Reporting. The post holder will be the primary contact for the Care Team, including trouble shooting and training on the care systems, primarily the Care Database and Sentinel Vantage.
Responsibilities:
The post holder will be responsible for processing the reporting required from the care systems, it is therefore essential that you have a solid background in customer support and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
This role will report directly to the Director of Care & Deputy CEO and you will work alongside colleagues at all levels – senior management, clinical colleagues and service users.
We are looking for a self motivated, proactive and supportive individual to help maintain and drive forward the functionality of our digital care systems.
