Children’s Community Palliative Care Support Worker

We are seeking to recruit a forward thinking Children’s Community Palliative Care Support Worker, to cover maternity leave of up to 1 year, to work as part of a team providing high quality individual care and support to a child and their family both in the home and at the Hospice. The successful candidate will be supervised by a registered Nurse and will work within protocols and policies. This role will involve lone working and you must hold a driving licence.
You will be NVQ Level 3 trained and have knowledge of providing care for children with complex health care needs.
