We’re looking for an experienced Registered Children’s Nurse or relevant Allied Health Professional who is driven to improve outcomes for seriously ill children and their families.
This new role will play an important part in strengthening our work by:
- Strengthening clinical insight and leadership across our programmes and sector-wide work.
- Building our research and evidence capability, helping to inform future strategy and influence.
- Providing additional shared safeguarding oversight and support across the organisation.
About the Role
You will lead the design and delivery of major clinical initiatives, strengthen clinical governance, and shape national research priorities in children’s palliative care. Working closely with senior colleagues, you’ll ensure programmes are evidence-based, ethically robust and deliver measurable impact for children, families and the wider sector.
About You
You’ll bring significant clinical experience of supporting medically complex children, alongside experience leading service improvement, research development and/or clinical programmes. You’ll be confident representing work at a national level, skilled at translating evidence into practice and committed to improving outcomes for families.
