Clinical Operational Manager
Chestnut Tree House is the children’s hospice for East and West Sussex and South East Hampshire, providing specialist palliative care for children and young people with life-limited conditions.
This is an exciting role for an experienced paediatric nurse leader looking for a challenge. As the Clinical Operational Manager for the clinical service at Chestnut Tree House children’s hospice, you will provide robust, visionary, innovative, autonomous and visible leadership, with commitment to drive excellence and ensure high quality, safe, effective and responsive care. As an exemplary model you will inspire excellence and professionalism in the teams.
- You will be responsible for supporting the teams to deliver care to children and their families receiving palliative care, supporting and adding life to shortened years alongside the transformation of the service.
- You will be responsible for creating and maintaining a positive, professional culture and one of continuous improvement through service review and improvement, audit, education, and instilling Hospice values. We are looking for an individual who has a high level of clinical curiosity and can instil this in others.
