Clinical Skills Nurse- Ventilation and Respiratory Support (Band 6)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Skills Nurse to join our team. You will be a Band 6 Nurse looking for a new challenge. This role is part time 22.5 hours per week over 3 days.

You will report to the Lead for Education and facilitate the delivery of clinical skills to the care team, ensuring the level of knowledge, skills and competence required is developed and maintained to enable them to provide excellent palliative and end of life care.

You will support and develop nursing staff, HCA’s and students working within the Hospice and deliver nursing care to a high standard for all babies, children and young people and be an effective role model with a particular focus upon respiratory support and invasive ventilation

You will assist in the safe, effective and efficient management of education within allocated resources.
