Education Officer
The International Children’s Palliative Care Network (ICPCN) is the global network working to improve access to palliative care for the more than 21 million children worldwide who need it. ICPCN is recognised as the world leader in children’s palliative care and has a globally renowned expert leadership, a wealth of educational resources and a network of members working in over 190 countries.
Thy purpose of the role is to support the education and training portfolio functions of the ICPCN, working alongside the Education Manager and other ICPCN team members. The postholder will be expected to participate in education and training activities such as facilitating sessions, and supporting the day to day running of the programme such as e-learning, face-to-face training and webinars.
Hours: The post will be full time – 37.5 hours per week
Job Purpose
To support the education and training portfolio functions of the ICPCN, working alongside the Education Manager and other ICPCN team members to participate in education and training
activities such as facilitating sessions, and supporting the day to day running of the programme such as e-learning, face-to-face training, webinars etc.
The key performance areas will include, but not be limited to the following:
• Supporting the Education Manager in the development, delivery, and evaluation of ICPCN’s e-learning programme, webinars and other training programmes.
• Day-to-day management of the Education and Membership Hub
• Supporting the running of ICPCN’s conference
• Supporting ICPCN’s wider activities as required
