Family Support Worker

We are looking for a Family Support Worker to join us to further develop and enhance services to children and their families.

The post holder will be a key member of our Family Support Team and work closely with families from referral through to bereavement. The post will involve growing our family and bereavement support events.

If you hold a Diploma in Counselling or Social Work and have experience of working with children, their families and people who have suffered a bereavement, then we would love to hear from you.

Whilst primarily based at our Children’s Hospice in Maidenhead, you will need to work across community and hospital settings where necessary.
