Chestnut Tree House is the children’s hospice for East and West Sussex and South East Hampshire, providing specialist palliative care for children and young people with life-shortening conditions.
Chestnut Tree House provides 10 bedrooms and a wide range of community services.
This is an exciting time for Chestnut Tree House and the new post of Head of Care will provide high quality dynamic and inspiring leadership of the delivery of the operational and strategic development of the services across both In- House and Community services, over a wide geographical area. The post requires an experienced Children’s Nurse with experience of working at a senior level across both the In-House and Community setting.
