We are the largest provider of palliative and end of life care and support for children and their families in East Anglia, delivering a comprehensive range of services in our hospices, family homes, hospital and wider community.
All three of our hospices; The Nook (Norfolk), The Treehouse (Ipswich) and Milton (Cambridge) were rated OUTSTANDING by the Care Quality Commission
Working Hours:
Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
* Working Flexible hours (7am – 3pm, Monday to Friday with days off in the week to accommodate 2 out of 4 weekend coverage) *
Working Pattern:
5 days over a 7 day working week
+ circa £2,000 per annum in weekend enhancements based on working 2 out or 4 weekends, rates as below:
Enhanced Rates – Weekends, Evenings & Bank Holidays:
+ 30% Saturdays & Evenings
+ 60% Sundays & Bank Holidays
We are looking for a Housekeeper/Cook to join our small but busy housekeeping team working in our beautiful hospice in a converted vicarage building in Milton.

The role:
This is varied role in a relaxed and supportive work team in addition cleaning offices and care floor areas & a small number of bedrooms on occasion.
