Level 3 Early Years Practitioner/HCA

We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and imaginative Early Years Practitioner and Health Care Assistant to join our Care Team. You’re a natural-born caregiver who holds an NVQ Level 3 in childcare studies and has at least two years of experience working with children and has an interest in developing your knowledge of complex additional needs and providing appropriate nurse led care.

You’ll be working hand in hand with the Play Leader to oversee the daily operations of our Little Kites & Family Drop in Sessions (OFSTED EYFS approved). This means brainstorming exciting activities, maintaining meticulous early years documentation, and stepping up to the plate when the Play Leader is away to make sure the children always have a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
