Our service is rated ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission. Julia’s House supports more than 140 families across Dorset and Wiltshire, in the community, at our hospices and in our families’ own homes.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with children with complex needs. You will have the ability to work both in a team and independently and work using your own initiative as well as accessing and contributing to the skill base of the wider team.

Qualification requirements: Applicants for this role must have RSCN/RN (Child Branch) – Diploma or Degree, Registered Learning Disability Nurse, RGN or RN Adult and have post-qualification experience of working with sick children.

You will be based at our Dorset Hospice and our Wimborne Care Office and work across Dorset in the homes of the children we look after.
