Patient Services Administrator
The purpose of this role is to be part of a team who provide high quality administrative support to the departments within the Clinical Leadership Team and departments within Patient Services which include: Inpatient Unit (IPU), children’s services, consultants’ services, outpatients and rehabilitation, supportive care and community nursing.
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Grove House, St Albans
Salary: £23,609 per annum

You will therefore need to demonstrate your abilities in the following areas:
- Implementing and maintaining high quality administrative systems and processes that support the smooth day to day operational running of Patient Services
- Dealing appropriately and sensitively with all callers, adhering to hospice policies on confidentiality at all times
- Working with others to ensure that the administrative element of providing written clinical information is available and up to date
- Acting as a Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care ambassador, actively demonstrating our values and positively promoting the specialist care we provide
- Acting as a Rennie Grove Peace ambassador within the community
If successful, you’ll join on the first working Monday of the month so we can best support you with our structured induction programme.
