Are you passionate about transforming the lives of children with life-limiting conditions and supporting their families through the most important moments of their journey? We have an exciting new opportunity to join our growing Outreach Nursing Team, working in collaboration with the Pepper Foundation, as a Pepper Foundation Children’s Clinical Nurse Specialist Outreach Nurse at Helen & Douglas House.

As part of our specialist palliative care team, you’ll work at the heart of community care, offering expert advice, symptom management, and compassionate support to children and their families across the six counties we serve – with a particular focus on the families in Buckinghamshire.
