We are looking for a confident and proactive Administrator to support our busy central Human Resources function at our hospice in Sittingbourne, serving around 300 employees across a number of departments, specialities and sites.

The post holder will provide administrative support on recruitment activities, including compiling adverts, arranging and supporting interviews, and processing pre-employment checks. Office and database experience are essential for this role.

You must have advanced administrative skills, excellent IT and organisation skills along with a high level of attention to detail. You will have the ability to work to tight deadlines and multi-task, whilst re-prioritising a constantly changing workload. You will be an excellent communicator at all levels. Experience of working within a HR function would be desirable.

This role is based at our Kent hospice, working 25 hours per week across 5 days, however flexible working patterns will be considered. Please note this role is a fixed-term contract for a period of 12 months.
