An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Social Worker – Family Support Manager to join Haven House where you will provide a service across all levels of care to children and families. You will need to have knowledge of and experience of statutory social work in health care, safeguarding procedures and multi-disciplinary working are essential. You will have an excellent understanding of the social service system and the ability to work with diverse communities.
You will be required to have strong communication and people skills which are fundamental for this role as you will be required to work in partnership with the multi-disciplinary team, ensuring every CYP and their needs are always at the heart of what you do.

This role is based at our beautiful woodland hospice in Woodford Green, offering free parking and easy access from the Central line.

Salary (Band 5)
£43,333 pro rata per annum.
