Volunteer and Information Co-ordinator (Part-time)
Charlie House supports babies, children and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions, and their families, across the North-east of Scotland. The goal is simple – to help children to live as full lives as possible and help make precious memories for the whole family at the most difficult of times.
We have an exciting opportunity within our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic and organised Volunteer and Information Co-ordinator, reporting to the Children and Family Support Manager. This post is a key role to assist in our busy Services Team, responsible for ensuring that our wonderful volunteers are appropriately trained, supported and motivated. In this role you will work alongside the Services and Fundraising teams to identify volunteering opportunities with the aim of increasing the organisations capacity to support babies, children and young people with life-limiting and life-threatening conditions, and their families in North-East Scotland. This will enable us to support the expansion and enhancement of our existing services, through increased efficiencies, but also support our long-term goal of providing a specialist support centre in Aberdeen.
