Communications webinar: Case study management, the Havens Hospices approach, with Amy Dearing
We’re really pleased to announce the first in new series of webinars for Together for Short Lives members. These webinars will give you the opportunity to hear from expert speakers and share good practice about the key issues facing communicators in our sector.
In our first webinar, at 14.00-15.00 on Tuesday 9 October, we’ll be hearing from Amy Dearing, Marketing and Communications Manager at Havens Hospices.
Amy will be sharing her team’s innovative solution for managing the use of case studies across the organisation.
If you would like to take part in this webinar, please email sara.detzler@togetherforshortlives.org.uk. We will then send you a link to join the webinar by WebEx closer to the date.
‘In 2014 we introduced Content Packs – a regular flow of approved information for the Fundraising and Communications Teams to use, including case studies, quotes, photographs and sometimes video.
In this webinar we want to talk you though the issues we were facing, the decisions we made and how we practically work with the Care Teams to gather, approve and distribute case studies which can be used across all our communication platforms. But most importantly, we want to give you tangible, simple measures and templates that you can use, no matter what the size of your Communication Team, to help let children and young people’s stories shine.’ Amy Dearing
