How to talk about sex: Launch of ‘Talking about Sex: A booklet for young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions and their carers’
This webinar launches the new booklet ‘Talking about Sex’. This booklet is designed to support young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions and their carers to feel confident discussing sex, relationships and intimacy.
It was produced by young people and the Open University in partnership with Hospice UK, funded by Together for Short Lives’ Improving Transitions for Young People Fund. Informed by many years of research, you will learn more about how to use the booklet and will hear directly from young people and carers about why talking about sex is important and how the booklet can support positive conversations about sex.
