Parents workshop: Connecting with what’s important to you
As a parent carer looking after a child with a life-limiting condition, you may not feel you have much time to think about your own needs. Join this free online workshop on remembering who YOU are, and looking after yourself.
This workshop for parent carers will give you a chance to consider what living more in line with what’s important to you looks like, and how this might help you feel more confident in pursuing personally-relevant goals.
It will be a time to reflect on who you are outside of being a parent carer, and help you to connect with your values while learning how to be compassionate to yourself.
The workshop will be hosted by Charlotte who is an experienced Psychologist based in a children’s hospital.
All parents are welcome to attend this workshop including bereaved parents. Places are limited so please only book a place if you are able to attend to allow others to take part.
