Family support: social, emotional & financial support opportunities

An introduction to our family support hub and partner organisations, including Harry’s Pals, Sibling Support and Make a Wish UK.

In this family support-focussed session, we will introduce our Family Support Hub and the work we do to support families of children with a life shortening or life-threatening illness. This includes our work with partner organisations and how you can link with them to extend the support you provide to families under your care, including:

• Harrys Pals: Providing vital emotional support to parents following a child’s diagnosis. Harrys Pals also provide short breaks for families in the UK.
• Sibling Support: Helping children and young people whose sibling has died.
• Make a Wish UK: Granting wishes for seriously ill children.
