Center Parcs Off-Peak Family Break Prize Draw (2024 -2025)
Terms and Conditions of the Together for Short Lives Gifted Break
Accessibility of lodges
Please note that the adapted lodges have been made accessible for guests with disabilities and wheelchair users. They have open plan living and dining and a fully equipped kitchen with lower worktops. There is dedicated parking with ramp access. Adapted bedrooms are spacious and fitted with an electric bed and the adapted bathroom has a walk in/wheel in shower. Although Center Parcs provides hoists in the swimming pool areas, hoists are not provided in the accommodation. We can discuss access needs in detail once we have secured a venue and date.
Please note, there are no more adapted lodges available at Sherwood Forest or Whinfell Forest.
Terms and conditions
Once we have received this information, we will then liaise with the dedicated Special Services Team at Center Parcs to book your break. Here’s a reminder of the terms and conditions:
- The breaks can be taken at any of the five Center Parcs Villages based in England.
- Accommodation will be in a three-bedroom Woodland Lodge and is only available for up to 6 people (with one additional under 2-year-old).
- Together for Short Lives will not be able to negotiate an upgraded lodge for families for an extra fee. Please consider this before accepting the Center Parcs Gifted Break. We are given a set allocation of breaks and can only operate within these parameters.
- Breaks can be taken during either a weekend, Friday to Monday, or midweek, Monday to Friday before 30th April 2025.
- The breaks exclude school and public holiday periods.
- The prize is for accommodation only and excludes return travel, costs of extra activities and food.
- You must be comfortable booking your own activities with Center Parcs directly via phone (telephone number provided when booking is confirmed).
- Family stories strengthen our partnership with Center Parcs and will allow more families to benefit from gifted breaks in the future. Families who attend a gifted break will be required to share at least an anonymous quote about what the break meant to them after their break. Our communications team will be in touch when you return, and we hope families are able to share at least an anonymous quote about what the break meant to them.
Terms and conditions specific to the Virtual Coffee Morning prize draw
Anyone who attends our virtual coffee morning on Friday 6 December will be entered into our prize draw to win a Center Parcs break. Winners will be notified by email by Monday 9 December. Winners must respond to the notification by Monday 23 December to acknowledge their gifted break. If we do not hear from a winner by Monday 23 December, you will forfeit your gifted break and we will offer it to somebody else.
