Community Outreach Project
We are piloting a Community Outreach Project to connect with families who are caring for a seriously ill child, ensuring they have access to all children’s community palliative care services including those provided by their local children’s hospice.
The project currently has a a community outreach worker based in Manchester who works with families in and around Greater Manchester – they support local families and host regular events in person. If you live in or around Manchester please get in touch with our helpline service to find out if we can offer you support though the programme.
The community outreach project is made possible through our partnership with Morrisons, which has raised more than £8 million since 2022 to support seriously ill children and their families both by support our work and the contributing directly to local children’s hospices across the UK.
