Care Manager – Milton, Cambridge

Full time (37.5 hours per week), Permanent

Salary £38,900 – £44,500 per annum, depending on experience

As Care Manager at EACH, you will provide day to day management and co-ordination of high quality locality based palliative care services at our Milton hospice. Ensuring the effective and efficient use of resources, you will highlight potential emerging issues to the relevant member of the Locality Leadership Team.

You will be responsible for managing Team Leaders and Group and Events Co-ordinators, including performance management and development, management supervision and appraisals. You will also participate in the Care Management on call rota, and following training you will provide safeguarding supervision and advice to staff as required.
