(Operational Lead – Band 7)

What We’re Looking For

You will be someone who thrives in a dynamic environment — able to prioritise, remain calm under pressure, and maintain excellent organisational skills. You’ll bring strong time management skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

• Excellent communication and record keeping skills
• Operational management experience
• Forward‑thinking with a positive approach to digital improvement and commitment to continuous quality improvement
• Skilled in rostering, bed management, and day to day operational oversight
• Knowledge of complex care and the ability to work autonomously
• Adaptable, proactive, and able to work in partnership with internal and external teams
• Understanding of HR practices and excellent people‑management skills
• Ability to lead service development and contribute to strategic thinking
