Would you like to make sure that anyone engaging with Together for Short Lives has an excellent supporter experience, every time? Together for Short Lives is here to help families caring for a seriously ill child make the most of every moment together. We are the leading charity for the 99,000 babies, children, and young people in the UK with a life-limiting or terminal condition. We champion, improve and support children’s palliative care services, professionals, and children’s hospices to help families get the very best care and support they can.

About you

As our supporter base grows, we’re looking for someone special to work as part of our fundraising team, developing and delivering outstanding supporter care and stewardship. You will be exceptional in nurturing relationships with donors through their supporter journey, maintaining supporter satisfaction to generate the maximum amount of income for Together for Short Lives.
You will have experience in customer service. You’ll be a team player, a problem solver, and a great communicator with enthusiasm for excellent supporter care. You will have experience of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks. You’ll be incredibly organised, with a keen eye for detail. You will be used to working across multiple income streams; and used to processing income and data accurately within required time scales. You’ll be comfortable using IT and will have experience of using a CRM (we use ThankQ).
