As a member of our Senior Leadership Team, James leads our work to build our brand, profile and reputation, ensuring that we have a strong voice and our messages are heard across the UK.
James delivers strategic communications and influencing work to bring about change for children and families, as well as making them aware of the support and services available to them. He leads our work to develop content and campaigns and marketing support to drive income generation and deliver our strategy.
James is also the senior lead on our membership programme.
