Working at Little Bridge House, this is an exciting and varied HR generalist role supporting and advising our Care, Fundraising, Business Support and Retail Teams in local region. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for HR looking to broaden their existing experience in the profession in a supportive and rewarding environment.
As part of an investment into the development of our care model and services, this new role will provide first line HR advice to managers and staff as well as the full range of HR office administration and is supported by a wider HR team. Applicants must have a broad working knowledge of HR, the confidence and ability to work autonomously and be part or fully CIPD qualified.
You’ll need to be comfortable dealing with multiple tasks and priorities whilst working with a diverse range of teams and individuals. You will have a good understanding of HR practices and will be responsible coaching and guiding line managers to successfully recruit, manage, develop and retain the best people to deliver our ambitious strategic objectives.
Consideration may be given to some hybrid home and office working but you will need to be able to work from the offices at Little Bridge House on a regular basis and be able to attend the office and other CHSW locations at short notice.
