Update your membership details

If you are a Together for Short Lives’ member and you need to update your address, contact details or contact preferences, please submit changes via the form below.

Please note, we will only make changes to the fields you submit on the form – for all fields left blank we will retain any existing information recorded against those fields.

Please also note that we need your existing name and email address to identify you on our database – all users must submit their existing details, and then any changes to them can be recorded in the fields below.
