PHS Group plc, based in Caerphilly, has teamed up with Together for Short Lives to launch its first ever National fundraising day.
On Friday 13 December PHS colleagues around the country will be uniting with a ‘Barmy Barnet’ makeover and fancy dress challenge. The aim of the event is to raise funds and awareness for children and young people with life-threatening and life-limiting conditions.
As well as the makeover challenge PHS will also be holding a raffle, which includes some really generous donations such as luxury overnight city breaks from Hallmark Hotels and Laterooms.com, gym membership from the Village Hotel, festive hampers from Hey Presto and a golf day from Willis Insurance.
It is great that we are able to team-up with a charity that is focused on making a difference to young people. We hope to partner with Together for Short Lives for many years and aim to see Barmy Barnet Friday become an established national fundraising day.

In 2013, PHS set up its own dedicated charity foundation to further its contribution towards the community, called PHS Foundation. We’re delighted that its first charity partnership as a foundation is with Together for Short Lives.
