Sharing, Learning and Networking – ‘Working Together’ 6 February 2019

Our event ‘Working Together’ looked at ways of strengthening the support for children and families through joint working.

This included professionals, who hold joint posts between Children’s Hospices and NHS Teams, Hospital Trusts or Voluntary Organisations, or those who were considering employing a specialist palliative care nurse, specialist doctor or AHP into this type of jointly funded role.
