The Workforce Signpost Guides support UK children’s palliative care services with workforce issues – to support the development, quality and sustainability of the children’s palliative care workforce. The nursing workforce shortage in the UK is having a significant impact on voluntary sector children’s palliative care services, and these guides give practical input on how services can react to the nursing shortage.
Containing contributions from experts with a national and international perspective, including human resources professionals and leaders of care, higher education and statutory services, we have produced two separate guides:
